These Website general terms and conditions of use (“Website Terms”) are intended to regulate the provision of information and the use made by the Users of the Website. The present document regulates the use of the website, while purchase will be governed by the separate General Conditions of Purchase.

PARCO DELLA STANDIANA shall not be liable for any damages that may arise, without limitation, from any of the following:

• Interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections caused by reasons beyond the control of PARCO DELLA STANDIANA, which prevent or delay the provision of services or browsing.
• Website crashes caused by Internet or other electronic system deficiencies or overloads.

Generally, PARCO DELLA STANDIANA has no control over the use that Users make of the Website. In particular, PARCO DELLA STANDIANA makes no guarantee that the Users' use of the Website will be legal or in accordance with these Website Terms or with generally accepted morals and good customs, nor that Users will use the Website diligently and reasonably.

PARCO DELLA STANDIANA does not guarantee that the Website will be available on a permanent basis or that the Website will be fit for a particular purpose. PARCO DELLA STANDIANA may temporarily suspend, without prior notice, access to the Website for maintenance, repair, upgrading or improvement.
