Please read the following information carefully, prepared pursuant to article 13 of the general Regulation on the protection of data No. 2016/679 (hereinafter, referred to also as “GDPR”), in which we indicate all the details relative to the treatment of personal data necessary for the purposes of managing the selection process.
With reference to the processing of personal data relative to the selection process, the Companies, Parco della Standiana S.r.l. with registered office in Savio 48125 (RA) - I - Strada Statale 16 Adriatica Km 162 and Travelmix S.r.l. with registered office in Savio 48020 (RA) Strada Statale 16 Adriatica Km 162, act as co-Controllers of personal data processing (hereinafter, also “Co-Controllers”).

When sending your curriculum and/or completing the form dedicated to applications or even subsequently, Co-Controllers may collect, in addition to your personal data as defined in article 4 (1) of the GDPR, also special categories of personal data as defined by article 9 of the GDPR, such as:
The processing of any particular categories of data will take place in accordance with that which is provided for in article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR, therefore based upon your explicit consent and in accordance with the pro tempore authorisations in force regarding the protection of personal data. >Please note that in the case in which you should provide such information without explicit consent for the processing of your sensitive data by the Co-Controllers, your application will not be considered.
Also note that the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of documents, certificates, letters of reference and curriculum through the Jobs page means subsequent acquiring of personal data. Sending such information may potentially lead to, among other things, an incidental processing by the Co-Controllers of the personal data of third party subjects. In relation to this hypothesis, you pose yourself as autonomous controller of the processing, undertaking all of the obligations and commitments under the law. Therefore, you commit to releasing from liability and holding harmless the Co-Controllers from every objection, pretence, request for compensation for the damage of the processing, etc. by third party subjects whose personal data was processed through spontaneous presentation in violation of the applicable regulations for the protection of personal data.
With particular reference to the personal data of third parties provided and/or processed by you, you commit to guaranteeing from now on – taking on every associated responsibility – that such particular processing event is based on an appropriate legal basis pursuant to article 6 of the GDPR which legitimises the processing of the information at issue.
The data provided by you by completing the form dedicated to sending your job application or subsequently shall be processed for the following purposes:
The conferment of your personal data for these purposes is absolutely optional, nonetheless, any non-conferment would lead to the impossibility of evaluating your profile and, possibly, contacting you.
The legal basis of the processing of your personal data for the above mentioned is article 6(1)(b) of GDPR.
Your data will be stored for the above-mentioned purposes 1) and 2) for a period of twelve (12) months from their conferment and can be used for contacts and any future interviews. At the end of this period, your data will be definitively deleted.
In the case in which the selection process is completed positively, your personal data will be processed according to the procedures indicated in the privacy policy for employees.
To withdraw consent for the processing of particular categories of data given for the purposes as per item 3 of the information policy, it is sufficient to write to privacy@mirabilandia.it.
Consistently with that which is provided for in the GDPR, you have the right to request from the Co-Controllers, access to your personal data, that the personal data be corrected or deleted or to oppose their processing at any time. The law allows you to also exercise your right to request restriction of processing in the cases provided for by article 18 of the GDPR, as well as obtaining the data which concerns you in a structured format, for common use and legible from an automatic device as provided for in article 20 of the GDPR.

Lastly, we would like you to know that you always have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority), pursuant to article 77 of the GDPR, in the case in which you believe that the processing of your personal data is not carried out in accordance with the regulation in force.
